# The Bounce Philosophy

Bounce Brand began with a simple but powerful insight: auctions are one of the most efficient mechanisms ever devised for fair, transparent price discovery — and blockchain is the most powerful infrastructure ever built for trustless exchange. Combining the two was not just logical. It was inevitable.

What started as a DeFi protocol built around auction mechanics has grown into something far larger. As the Web3 space has matured, so has our ambition. Bounce today is not defined by a single product category or a single audience. It is defined by a commitment to being at the frontier — of technology, of culture, and of what on-chain interaction can look and feel like.

### From Auction Protocol to Ecosystem

Our roots in auction design gave us something most platforms lack: a deep, structural understanding of how markets form, how prices emerge, and how to build mechanisms that are fair by design rather than by promise.

That foundation has not changed. What has changed is the scope of what we build on top of it.

Today, Bounce is an all-inclusive ecosystem spanning prediction market, curated token launchpad, real-world collectible auctions, open auction infrastructure, AI-powered launchpad, native perpetual exchange, and more. These are not disconnected products — they are expressions of a centered thesis: that auction mechanics, applied creatively across different domains, unlock entirely new categories of value.

### &#x20;Built for Everyone

The next chapter of Web3 will not be written by crypto natives alone.

Bounce is designed for both the on-chain power user who wants maximum flexibility and composability, and the curious newcomer encountering blockchain technology for the first time. Our products are built to be approachable without being simplistic — offering depth for those who want it, and clarity for those who are just getting started.

We believe the strongest ecosystems are the most inclusive ones. Every product we build is an attempt to lower a barrier, open a door, or create an experience that makes someone want to stay.

### &#x20;What Drives Us

Three commitments shape everything Bounce builds:

* Exploration over stagnation. The Web3 space moves fast. We move with it — tracking emerging narratives, experimenting with new mechanisms, and building products that reflect where the space is going, not just where it has been.
* Mechanism design as craft. Auctions are not a gimmick. They are a discipline. We take seriously the work of designing systems that are fair, efficient, and resistant to manipulation — and we apply that discipline everywhere we build.
* Real utility, real users. The most important question we ask of any product is whether it creates genuine value for the people using it. Not speculative value. Not paper utility. Real, tangible reasons to show up and participate.

\
Bounce is not a finished product. It is a living ecosystem with an expanding frontier. We are building for the long arc of Web3 — and we are just getting started.

# Welcome

## Introducing Bounce: Decentralized Auctions At Your Fingertips

Since the first traditional auction in 500 B.C. through to the digital incarnations of today, this age-old process of buying and selling assets has struggled to introduce real improvements in efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. This comes down to three main problems.&#x20;

Firstly, traditional auctions are typically centralized. This means that they are controlled by a single auction house or broker, which can lead to a lack of transparency and fairness.&#x20;

Secondly, they can be expensive for sellers, who may have to pay significant commissions to the auction house or broker. Plus, traditional auctions can be difficult to access for inexperienced buyers due to the complex and intimidating bidding processes that follow their own set of rules, customs, and terminologies.

Lastly, when held in person, traditional auctions are often limited to a specific geographic location, which can curtail the pool of potential bidders and buyers.&#x20;

## Transforming Auctions Through Blockchain Technology

Decentralization offers the potential to solve all these issues, opening the way to a new type of auction: one that is transparent, trust-less, secure, and indelibly recorded through blockchain technology.&#x20;

Web3 auctions are powered by smart contracts, which are self-executing with the terms agreed between buyer and seller written into tamper-proof code. And in a major shift from traditional auctions, participants can also bid on assets using cryptocurrency. This means anyone with an internet connection and a crypto wallet can take part, regardless of their location or financial status. This opens up new opportunities for people to sell or bid on assets that may once have been out of reach.

## Meet Bounce: The Web3 Auction Specialist

[Bounce](https://bouncefinance.medium.com/bounce-2023-outlook-and-roadmap-f6d603e7d100)’s fully decentralized auction platform uses blockchain technology to ensure more transparent, efficient, and accessible auctioning, bidding, and buying processes for Web3 users.&#x20;

Since our September 2020 launch, Bounce has grown into one of the most popular decentralized auction platforms in the Web3 ecosystem, particularly esteemed by buyers and sellers in the DeFi and NFT spaces. We also offer the widest selection of auctions in Web3: from the popular English auction, where the bidding starts from the lowest possible price, through to innovative playable auctions, where participants compete in simple games for the right to buy assets.&#x20;

Unlike centralized auction platforms, Bounce is non-custodial, which means users retain control over their funds and assets at all times. Powered by blockchain, Bounce’s platform also uses smart contracts – not people – to manage auctions and distribute funds, ensuring a process that is both transparent and secure.

One of the unique strengths of Bounce is our integration with other DeFi protocols, including, most recently, Arbitrum One for efficient and affordable Ethereum transactions. Bounce’s integrations enable users to easily swap between assets and participate in auctions using their preferred tokens.&#x20;

Our platform allows for the creation of custom auctions, enabling users to set their own parameters such as reserve prices and auction duration across various auction types.

Auction creators can also allocate a portion of the proceeds to specific beneficiaries or charities, providing a straightforward way to give back to the community. They can also opt to earn a percentage as a fee, incentivizing them to create high-quality and attractive auctions.

## Bounce V3

With the launch of [Bounce V3](https://bouncefinance.medium.com/introducing-bounce-v3-6d70f5021b6f) in February 2023, we completely overhauled our approach to auctions in a bid to adapt to an evolving Web3 landscape.&#x20;

We’ve entered new auction sectors, expanded our marketplace offerings and forged new development partnerships to increase the range of benefits and features for users. We’ve also added fairness mechanisms to our auction processes to prevent fraudulent activity and an innovative regret function for fixed swap auctions that allows participants to withdraw their bids at any time during the process.&#x20;

Perhaps most importantly, Bounce V3 introduced Auction as a Service (AaaS).

# Auction as a Service

## Auction as a Service

Bounce’s [AaaS](https://bouncefinance.medium.com/introducing-auction-as-a-service-2a54241a4823) is a groundbreaking offering in the world of auctions.&#x20;

Through Auction as a Service, enterprises and individuals can access a range of services, such as user registration and verification, that make setting up digital auctions simpler and more efficient. Auction setup can also be fully customized to meet the specific needs of the auction host while maintaining the decentralized, on-chain, security that sets Bounce apart from other digital auctioneers.&#x20;

And with our soon-to-be-released plug-in, anyone will be able to host a digital auction on their own website with minimal disruption to user experience.&#x20;

For Bounce, this is just the start. We constantly strive to innovate to achieve our quest to enable fully decentralized, transparent, and secure auctions that are easy to use for creators and participants.&#x20;

As the Web3 ecosystem continues to grow and evolve, Bounce is well-positioned to continue playing a key role in the buying and selling of assets in the space.&#x20;

# About Bounce Finance

## At Bounce Finance, we strive to meet the demands of the auction market by exploring different auction models and markets.

**Bounce development ideology**

At Bounce Finance we strive to promote innovation, sustainability and continuity in everything we do. When it comes to development, we constantly keep a pulse on the ever changing demands of the greater web3 and blockchain markets around auction, exploring the potential for novel product offerings along the way. In order to build a truly sustainable platform, and the brand that goes along with one, we feel that building products which suit the evolving market is a must. Today, we find ourselves in a radically different crypto landscape compared to when Bounce was initially founded,as reflected by the changing needs of users at all levels: from individuals to institutions.

As it stands today, Bounce Finance has built four distinct pillars of product offerings, each meeting the different demands of companies across the industry. In the early days of defi, many projects sought to build tools and features that would facilitate broader industry development. These products and applications were often original and innovative at first but were ultimately forked and repeated in a way that fragmented and diluted their initial value adds. Today’s application layer landscape is fragmented and often full of dapps that do not provide comprehensive user experiences. We see this as a major opportunity for Bounce, especially considering that as most industries mature there tends to be a mass period of “resource reallocation” and a broader integration of platforms. It is during this time when the “super-applications” and platforms that drive future market cycles are built. With our full suite of web3 products, each consolidated under Bounce and fully integrated with one another, Bounce is in a unique position to be a truly complete defi platform solution for all of web3’s users across a variety of different chains.

**The problem we identified**

The birth and subsequent evolution of decentralized finance has been a fascinating innovation to watch unfold. Products like automated market makers, decentralized auctions and on-chain lending & borrowing have brought about an entirely new way to go about traditional finance. However, almost all of these functions are merely “tool-based” applications, meaning the market is fragmented with repetitive, single function products. This makes establishing & keeping track of reliable, on-chain reputations for projects and individuals an extremely challenging task.The DeFi auction space has been criticized for being short-sighted and unsustainable, as the auction tools around tokens have led to a variety of pump and dump events.

Users today are still unable to truly understand the character of the “trustless” tokens, companies and users they interact with across the fragmented networks of tools. This gap in information has been quite costly for users and the industry as a whole, leading to malicious attacks and destructive on-chain interactions. Instead, we propose that these products be housed together within one ecosystem, providing not only a safer defi environment but also a better experience for users.

We also realize that a “complete’’ defi experience is quite difficult to provide; bringing the utility of crypto to web2 and tradfi users has been an incredible challenge for the industry as a whole, despite the enormous potential benefits cryptography can provide for society. Users are very reluctant to get started in crypto given the constant headlines of hacks, stolen funds and various other exploits, not to mention the generally fragmented and confusing user experience. Ultimately, these issues have made joining the space as an outsider a difficult proposition, stifling both industry adoption, user acquisition and the promise of web3.

Decentralized on-chain auction tools have successfully facilitated token sales, but they have not been widely adopted in traditional economies, such as real-world asset auctions. While DeFi innovation is a significant development, the failure to enter traditional spaces could limit its potential.

**A new era for Bounce Finance**

Bounce V3 will usher in a new era for Bounce Finance as an Auction-as-a-Service (AAAS) platform. The platform offers on-chain auction tools that can be utilized by both Web3-native and traditional spaces, while maintaining a traditional user experience.

**Product offering divisions:**

1. **Token & NFT Auction**: Bounce offers 10 different types of auctions on over 40 blockchains in a permissionless environment, allowing anyone to create and participate in a diverse range of auctions.&#x20;
2. **Real-world Collectibles Auction**: Tangible collectibles can be minted into NFTs and then auctioned on blockchain through Bounce, bridging the gap between physical and digital assets.&#x20;
3. **Ad Space Auction**: Bounce introduces an innovative marketplace for advertisers and publishers to buy and sell ad space through decentralized auctions.&#x20;

**Bounce V3 infrastructure:**

Bounce V3 uses a hybrid infrastructure that incorporates a centralized account management system and a decentralized application and tool access system. Users will be able to login and sign up for the platform without a web3 wallet using traditional methods of doing so (by email, phone number etc). Decentralized access is only needed when users decide to utilize the defi components of the platform. We strongly believe that a hybrid infrastructure brings the benefits of traditional infrastructure and blockchain together, ultimately maximizing users adoption and usage.

Going forward, we will continue to update our community with the latests development progress and launch updates regarding V3 & the Bounce ecosystem of products.

# Our Vision

Bounce Finance is a comprehensive decentralized finance protocol that encompasses three core products: Bounce Decentralized Token\&NFT Auctions, Bounce Real-World Collectible Auction, and Bounce Ad Space Auction Solution.

&#x20;The objective of Bounce Finance is to provide a unified platform that caters to the dynamic needs of both individuals and companies in the auction market, while addressing the issue of fragmentation in the industry. This is achieved through a reputation system that enables users to assess the trustworthiness of auctions in the ecosystem.

The primary focus for Bounce Finance in the near future is to introduce a hybrid finance infrastructure that merges a centralized account management system with a decentralized application and tool access system, as well as an information-based DeFi experience that incorporates an information layer to increase transparency and user comprehension. Other cutting-edge advancements for the year include independent DeFi units that provide customization and flexibility for individual projects, refinements to the auction process through the implementation of a "regret" function and advanced auction mechanisms.

\ <br>

# Product Offering Overview

The centerpiece of Bounce Finance's offerings is its decentralized auction platform, which offers permissionless tools for anyone to create and participate in auctions for tokens and NFTs. To stay ahead of market trends and continue its drive for innovation, Bounce has also introduced real world asset auction and Ads auction.

In 2023, Bounce Finance will focus on several key areas of development, including the integration of a hybrid finance infrastructure (Hyfi) that blends centralized and decentralized finance to enhance financial stability and improve the user experience. The company is also implementing an information-based DeFi approach (Infi) that incorporates an information layer into the DeFi experience to increase transparency and user comprehension. Additionally, independent DeFi units will be introduced to offer customization and flexibility for individual projects and users. The year will also see improvements to the auction process through the introduction of a "regret" feature and new auction mechanisms. The overarching goal of Bounce is to provide a comprehensive, integrated platform that caters to the needs of users and companies across the auction industry, and to address the issue of fragmentation in the decentralized finance market by offering a single ecosystem with a reputation system.

# Bounce Predict

### Overview

Bounce Predict is the first prediction market that enables users to predict high-profile real-world auctions, built natively within the Bounce ecosystem.&#x20;

Auctions have always been Bounce’s domain. Since its founding, the platform has explored how innovative technology can intersect with auction mechanics across asset classes and formats. Bounce Predict is the natural next step in that journey — one that transforms auction information into tradable market signals.

Prediction markets are scaling rapidly, yet the design space remains early and underexplored. Fewer still have turned their attention to auctions specifically. We see that gap clearly, and we intend to own it.

### The Thesis—Why Bounce Predict?&#x20;

Prediction markets work best when the underlying event is discrete, verifiable, and anticipated — auctions are all three.

The global auction market moves billions of dollars annually. Individual lots at houses like Sotheby’s regularly exceed $100M in final sale price. These are not niche or illiquid events — they are globally watched, media-covered moments of price discovery, with rich pre-sale data, expert estimates, and deep collector interest preceding every hammer fall.

Yet no structured, onchain market has existed where participants can express conviction on auction outcomes and be rewarded for being right.

Bounce is uniquely positioned to own this category. Bounce Predict is not a prediction market that happens to cover auctions — it is a prediction market built by people who have spent years inside auction mechanics. That distinction shapes everything, from which lots get listed to how markets are designed.

### Initial Rollout: Sotheby’s

For its launch phase, Bounce Predict focuses on Sotheby’s auction results — one of the world’s most prestigious and data-rich auction houses, active across fine art, jewelry, watches, wine, and collectibles.

Markets are curated by the Bounce team, with lots selected based on the richness of available information and the level of anticipation surrounding the sale. Each market surfaces official lot details directly from Sotheby’s, giving participants the context they need to form a view.

### How It Works

1. **Browse open markets**

Each market corresponds to a selected upcoming Sotheby’s lot. Participants can review lot details — title, artist or maker, provenance, Sotheby’s pre-sale estimate, sale date, and category — before committing to a position.

2. **Place a prediction**

Select the price range you believe the hammer price will fall into, then stake your chosen amount of USDT on Ethereum mainnet. There is no binary outcome — the market is structured around price brackets, rewarding precision.

3. **Auction settles**

The hammer falls. Results are recorded and verified against the official Sotheby’s sale outcome.

4. **Prize pool distributed**

Each market accumulates a prize pool from all participant stakes. When the market closes, participants who predicted the correct price range share the pool proportionally to their stake.

### The Bigger Picture

Bounce Predict is the opening move in a larger vision for what on-chain prediction markets can become in the context of real-world asset markets.

The Sotheby’s rollout is the first chapter. Future phases are anticipated to expand Bounce Predict to additional major auction houses and new asset categories, progressively building toward a more comprehensive on-chain prediction layer for the global auction market.

# Bounce Premium Launchpad

### Overview

Bounce Premium Launchpad is a curated, private launchpad where users can participate in the Initial DEX Offerings of projects hand-selected by the Bounce team.

In a crowded launchpad landscape, “premium” is an overused word. At Bounce, it means something specific: every project listed on Bounce Premium has been evaluated, vetted, and chosen as a partner — not simply as a revenue source. The bar for listing is high by design. The goal is not volume of launches, but quality of outcomes for participants.

### Curation Philosophy

Bounce Premium is not an open platform. Projects cannot self-list.

Every IDO on Bounce Premium represents a project the Bounce team has identified as having genuine potential — in its technology, team, market timing, or all three. This curation layer is the first layer of protection for participants, and the foundation of trust that distinguishes Bounce Premium from permissionless alternatives.

We are selective because our participants’ conviction deserves to be met with ours.

### Auction-Native IDO Mechanics

As a platform with deep roots in auction design, Bounce offers projects a variety of auction mechanisms to structure their IDO—including fixed-swap auction, Dutch auction, staking auction—each with different properties around price discovery, fairness, and distribution. Rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all sale format, Bounce lets projects choose the mechanism that best fits their goals, timeline, and community profile. The result for participants is an IDO experience that is mechanically diverse and transparent in how prices form

This is auction infrastructure applied to token launches — a natural extension of what Bounce has always built.

### $AUCTION Integration: Exclusive Access for Token Holders

Every IDO on Bounce Premium includes a dedicated staking pool where participants stake $AUCTION—Bounce’s native token—to earn IDO allocations.&#x20;

This is a structural requirement, not an optional add-on. It means:

* $AUCTION holders get guaranteed access to exclusive IDO allocations.
* Every new launch on the platform creates direct demand for $AUCTION.
* Holding $AUCTION is holding a key to every top-tier opportunity Bounce Premium curates.

For projects, the $AUCTION pool also plugs their launch directly into Bounce’s existing holder community — an aligned, motivated participant base from day one.

# Bounce Art

Transform Traditional Auctions with Decentralized Technology

### Overview

Bounce Art brings the world of luxury collectibles on-chain.

From museum-grade artworks to trending collectibles, Bounce Art curates real-world collectible auctions for a new generation of collectors — ones who expect the transparency of the blockchain without sacrificing the thrill of the auction room. Every lot is hand-selected by the Bounce team. Every bid is recorded on-chain. Every mechanism is designed to make the experience as compelling as the object being sold.

This is not a marketplace. It is an auction house — rebuilt from the ground up with on-chain infrastructure at its core.

### What Gets Listed

Bounce Art focuses on real-world collectibles (RWC) with genuine cultural and material value, including:

* Fine art — paintings, sculptures, generative art and works by recognized artists
* Watches — rare, vintage, and limited-edition timepieces from storied manufacturers
* Jewelry — fine and high jewelry pieces with provenance and craftsmanship worth owning
* Designer collectibles — cult figures, limited drops, and culturally relevant objects
* Premium spirits — Moutai, fine wines, aged whiskeys, etc.

Curation is deliberate. Not everything qualifies. The Bounce team evaluates each lot for authenticity, desirability, and the quality of experience it will create for participants. The goal is a catalog that serious collectors take seriously.

### Auction Mechanics: Designed by Bounce

While traditional auction houses usually rely on a standardized format, Bounce Art operates on a suite of proprietary onchain auction mechanisms—each designed to create a distinct experience and a different kind of market dynamic. In addition to the classic English auction, Bounce Art introduces innovative formats developed in-house, including the Mutant English auction, random selection auction, and gaming auction.

### &#x20;$AUCTION Utility

Bounce Art is one of the primary arenas where $AUCTION finds real, tangible utility.

Bidding currencies vary by auction — some lots are denominated in USDT, others in $AUCTION. But the Bounce team is deliberate about designing auctions that put $AUCTION at the center of the action. Holding $AUCTION means having the currency of choice for some of the most sought-after lots on the platform — and that is an intentional, structural priority

# Bounce Permissionless

### Overview

Bounce Permissionless is the open, self-serve layer of the Bounce ecosystem—and one of our most foundational products.

Bounce Permissionless hands the tools directly to the user. Anyone can create their own token auction from scratch — no code required, no gatekeeping, no dependency on the Bounce team’s approval. If you have tokens to distribute and a community to distribute them to, Bounce Permissionless gives you the infrastructure to do it on your own terms.

### The Philosophy: Auctions for Everyone

Bounce was built on the belief that auction mechanics are powerful tools for fair, transparent value exchange — and that those tools should not be reserved for institutions or well-connected teams.

Bounce Permissionless is that belief made concrete. It democratizes access to professional-grade auction infrastructure, putting the same mechanisms that power curated Bounce products into the hands of any project, community, or individual who wants to use them.

### How It Works

Bounce Permissionless is built for flexibility without complexity. Users can configure their auction across a range of popular blockchains and choose from a library of proven auction mechanisms, ensuring the format and network always fit the audience.

From there, the creation flow is straightforward: pick your blockchain and auction mechanism, specify the swap tokens, and customize your parameters — timeframe, distribution method, allocation limits, and more. Your auction goes live on-chain in minutes.

### Who It’s For

Bounce Permissionless is built for anyone with tokens to distribute and a vision for how to do it:

* Early-stage projects running community token sales before a major launch
* DAOs and protocols distributing governance tokens to their communities
* Individuals and creators experimenting with novel token distribution formats
* Teams testing auction mechanics before committing to a larger, curated launch

# Motivation Behind Bounce M\&A

The explosive growth of decentralized finance (DeFi) has been instrumental in launching a multitude of projects, marking a pivotal foundational phase for the entire DeFi ecosystem. However, this rapid expansion has also resulted in a highly fragmented and oversaturated market. As a consequence, many of these projects, along with their associated communities, are experiencing declining chances of survival, which often leads to substantial losses for stakeholders with limited avenues for recovery.

For these DeFi projects to remain sustainable, they must adapt and consolidate, mirroring the process of natural selection. Moreover, there is a growing necessity for these projects to form strategic alliances, which can enhance their chances of survival and success. Strategic alliances not only strengthen a project's resilience but also amplify its market presence and overall value.

Given these dynamics, the importance of a platform that facilitates mergers and acquisitions within the DeFi sector becomes clear. Such a platform would serve as a vital tool for DeFi projects seeking to merge or be acquired, thus enabling them to solidify their standing in the market. Furthermore, it provides users with the freedom and creativity to customize their investment portfolios based on their strategic analysis and individual needs. This consolidation can lead to more robust project offerings, improved efficiency, and enhanced user trust, ultimately contributing to a healthier, more sustainable DeFi ecosystem.

# Key Features of Bounce M\&A

## **Key Features**

* **Chemistry**: Users can initiate “Chemistries,” a process of mixing selected tokens (inputs) to produce a new synthetic token (output). Each Chemistry is customizable, allowing users to define specific input combinations and desired outputs.
* **Dynamic Configuration**: Bounce M\&A provides various control options, including setting lockup periods for outputs, deciding the fate of input tokens (burned, locked, or retained), and establishing quotas for reaction outputs to manage the scarcity and availability of new tokens.
* **Secure & No-Code Execution**: Built on blockchain technology, Bounce M\&A ensures all transactions are secure, transparent, and immutable, maintaining trust and integrity within the ecosystem. Anyone can easily select and merge different tokens into synthetic tokens through Bounce M\&A’s automated smart contract execution, without the need for coding.

## Strategic Benefits:

1. **Portfolio Diversification**: By combining tokens through Bounce M\&A, users can diversify their investment portfolios within a single transaction. This strategy not only streamlines the investment process but also mitigates risk and reduces exposure to market volatility. Diversification through token combination means that investors can spread their risk across various assets, thereby buffering against the impact of adverse market movements in any single asset.
2. **Innovative Asset Management With Flexibility**: The Bounce M\&A feature significantly enhances the utility and value of digital assets within its ecosystem by allowing the creation of tokens with customized features and specific uses. This capability is particularly valuable in a market that increasingly demands bespoke financial products. Investors and users can design tokens that cater directly to specific financial goals or operational needs, such as tokens with built-in compliance features, or those designed to optimize yield farming. These tailored tokens not only meet more closely the needs of users but also enhance the functionality and interactivity within the DeFi space, leading to a richer, more versatile financial landscape.
3. **New Market Dynamics**: Bounce M\&A introduces new market dynamics and innovative opportunities for arbitrage and market-making. By facilitating the merger of different tokens, it creates unique scenarios where price discrepancies between markets can be exploited for profit. Additionally, it enhances liquidity in the cryptocurrency markets. Increased liquidity is crucial as it leads to better price stability and enables more efficient trading, thus improving the overall health and attractiveness of the cryptocurrency market.
4. **Risk Management**: By merging multiple assets into a single synthetic asset, users can potentially reduce their exposure to the volatility inherent in individual crypto assets. This could serve as a form of built-in diversification within a single transaction.

# Bounce Booster

### The Challenge: Overwhelming Opportunities&#x20;

As the crypto space evolves, the number of decentralized finance (DeFi) and centralized finance (CeFi) yield offerings continues to grow, creating a vibrant yet often overwhelming environment for individual investors. Navigating this landscape requires significant research, constant monitoring of market conditions, and a deep understanding of various protocols, risks, and potential returns. The abundance of information and complex options can make it challenging for individuals to identify the most suitable opportunities and make informed investment decisions.&#x20;

### Our Solution: Bounce Booster

Bounce Booster is designed to provide different investment strategies and simplify the yield generation process for users. By leveraging our resources and innovations in CeDeFi, Bounce Booster aggregates top CeDeFi offerings to ensure optimal yield for users who stake FSUSD and $AUCTION on Bounce Booster. Our protocol invests users’ stakes into premium CeDeFi strategies that combine the best of DeFi and CeFi, streamlining the investment process. All you need to do is stake on Bounce Booster, relax, and withdraw your profits—earning yield with minimal effort.

In addition, staking on Bounce Booster will earn you Booster Points which serve as a factor in determining users’ allocations from Bounce Launchpad IDOs. Your Booster Points accumulate until an IDO starts on Bounce Launchpad and reset to 0 after the IDO ends. What makes BounceX stands out is that traders can use $AUCTION as the collateral asset to open and maintain leveraged positions, adding another layer of utility to the $AUCTION token. Let’s take a closer look at what BounceX brings to the table.

> **What is Perpetual Trading?**

Perpetual trading is a form of derivative trading that lets traders speculate on the future price of an asset — like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other cryptocurrencies — without actually owning the asset. Unlike traditional futures contracts, which have a set expiration date, perpetual contracts allow traders to hold positions indefinitely, as long as they maintain enough collateral to cover potential losses. This means traders can “go long” if they expect prices to rise or “go short” if they believe prices will fall, and they don’t have to worry about their position expiring.

A key part of perpetual trading is leverage. Leverage allows traders to control a larger position than they would with their own capital alone, amplifying both potential gains and losses. For instance, a 10x leverage means a trader can control $10,000 worth of assets with just $1,000 of their own money. This makes perpetual trading especially attractive to those who want to maximize their gains with smaller investments.

Another essential element in perpetual trading is the collateral asset — the funds traders put down to secure their positions. This collateral is like a security deposit, ensuring that if the trade goes south, the exchange can cover potential losses. Many exchanges allow traders to choose their collateral, often in stablecoins (like USDT or USDC) or major cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin or Ethereum).

> **What is BounceX?**

BounceX is a perpetual exchange that allows traders to engage in leveraged, perpetual trading with a unique twist: you can use Bounce’s native token, $AUCTION, as the collateral asset. This feature differentiates BounceX from most other perpetual exchanges, which typically require stablecoins or major cryptocurrencies as collateral. By enabling $AUCTION as a collateral option, BounceX not only expands trading flexibility but also adds a new layer of utility to the $AUCTION token itself.

On BounceX, traders can deposit $AUCTION to open leveraged positions, meaning they can control a larger market position relative to their initial deposit. The choice to use $AUCTION as collateral brings both benefits and strategic considerations:

* Amplified Gains with Rising $AUCTION Value: When traders use $AUCTION as collateral, they benefit from any increase in its value while their positions are open. For instance, if the market value of $AUCTION rises while a trader’s leveraged position is active, the worth of their collateral also increases. This added value can amplify overall gains, as the trader now has more equity in their position and may be able to leverage this increased collateral for potentially higher returns.
* Risks with Declining $AUCTION Value: On the other hand, if $AUCTION’s value declines, the value of the collateral also decreases. This can require the trader to add more collateral to avoid liquidation or maintain the same level of leverage, as their equity in the position has been reduced.

Leveraging deep liquidity from multiple platforms, BounceX aims to optimize users’ perpetual trading experience, ensuring smoother order execution and a more reliable market environment.

BounceX also plays an important role in broadening the use cases for $AUCTION, giving it increased significance within the Bounce ecosystem. Some existing use cases of $AUCTION include participating in IDOs on Bounce Launchpad, CeDeFi Mining, Bounce Booster. BounceX provides $AUCTION holders with an additional way to leverage their token holdings and potentially earn greater returns, while also supporting liquidity and value within the Bounce ecosystem.

# BounceX User Guide

## How to Trade Perpetuals on BounceX

1. Visit BounceX's official website: <https://x.bounce.finance/>. Connect your wallet first.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/cn0HneMusuUhxUmrk5cc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. Once your wallet is connected, go to "Assets" and deposit some $AUCTION as your collateral asset. You can deposit through either BSC or ETH. You can also withdraw your assets if you want.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/4k3TC2oOuJ1ocp0PE92w" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

3. Go to "Trade" and select the asset you want to trade. Adjust your leverage and the amount of asset you want to long or short. Make sure you fully understand how perpetuals work before confirming your trade.&#x20;

\*When you increase leverage, you’re borrowing more relative to your collateral to control a larger position size. For example, if you have $1,000 in collateral and use 10x leverage, you’re trading a $10,000 position. A higher leverage means higher profits if the price goes up, but also higher risk since your margin for error decreases meaning any price drop could potentially lead to liquidation.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/GoRR2p3MpNjN9EJhwmyE" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

4. Once you successfully complete your transaction and obtain an open position, you'll be able to view and track your position underneath the trading section.&#x20;

# Fixed-Price Auction

#### What is a fixed-price auction? <a href="#what-is-a-fixed-swap-auction" id="what-is-a-fixed-swap-auction"></a>

A fixed-price auction is a type of auction where the price for the assets being auctioned is pre-determined and agreed upon by the auctioneer and participants. This type of auction is typically used when the auctioneer has a specific value target for the assets being sold. It operates on a **first-come, first-serve** basis. In addition, these auctions are time-contingent and automatically executed, meaning that assets are swapped at the agreed upon time. Bounce Finance offers fixed-price auctions for both ERC20 tokens and BEP20 based assets. Furthermore, Bounce V3 offers a feature called "regret functionality," which allows participants to participate and withdraw from an auction at any time during the auction process.

#### Supported Assets

1. Token
2. NFT
3. Real-World Collectible
4. Ad Space

# English Auction

An English auction is an auction mechanism that takes place on a blockchain platform. In an English auction, the auctioneer starts with a low price and gradually increases it until a bidder is willing to pay the highest amount. The auction typically has a set end time, and the highest bidder at that time wins the auction.

In an onchain English auction, the entire auction process is executed on the blockchain platform, and the bids are recorded on the blockchain. This ensures that the auction is transparent and tamper-proof, as all the bids and the final winning bid are recorded on the immutable blockchain ledger.

# Mutant English Auction

Bounce Finance introduces an innovative auction method called the Mutant English Auction, derived from the classical English auction while incorporating innovative features. This unique amalgamation enriches the auction experience for participants and augments auction engagement. Despite sharing price appreciation with bidders, the auctioneer reaps benefits from achieving an elevated final price.&#x20;

# Dutch Auction

A Dutch auction (also called a descending price auction) refers to a type of auction in which an auctioneer starts with a very high price, incrementally lowering the price until someone places a bid. That first bid wins the auction (assuming the price is above the reserve price), avoiding any bidding wars. This contrasts with typical auction markets, where the price starts low and then rises as multiple bidders compete to be the successful buyer.

# $AUCTION Utility & Platform Fee Structure

Bounce Brand is committed to delivering a diverse suite of products, including various types of auctions, Private Launchpad, CeDeFi trading, AI Agent Launchpad and more. Central to the Bounce ecosystem is the $AUCTION token, which powers key platform functionalities and incentivizes user engagement. Below is an overview of $AUCTION’s utility and the platform’s fee structure.

## $AUCTION Utility

As the native token of Bounce, $AUCTION provides a wide range of utilities beyond staking, enhancing user participation and engagement across our core products:

* Bounce Private Launchpad: $AUCTION holders gain exclusive access to staking pools for the Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) on Bounce. By staking $AUCTION, users earn proportional allocations of IDO tokens, creating opportunities for early investment in promising Web3 projects.
* BounceX: $AUCTION can be used as a collateral asset for trading perpetuals on BounceX. This product allows $AUCTION holders to take leveraged positions and amplify potential gains using their $AUCTION holdings.
* Real-World Collectible Auctions: Bounce’s innovative real-world collectible auctions usually provide $AUCTION holders with exclusive pre-auction activities and early access opportunities.
* CeDeFi Mining: Users can farm daily $AUCTION prize pool by binding their Binance APIs and trading AUCTION/USDT & AUCTION/FDUSD pairs on Binance.&#x20;

\
Platform Fee Structure & Distribution&#x20;
-------------------------------------------

An integral part of Bounce’s offerings is a robust marketplace for onchain auctions involving tokens, NFTs, and Real-World Assets (RWAs). The platform’s fee structure is designed to balance ecosystem growth and user incentives, while also promoting the utility of the native $AUCTION token.&#x20;

### **1. No Fee for $AUCTION-based Auctions**

When the auctioneer selects $AUCTION as the auction currency, no fees are charged on the transaction. In this case, $AUCTION serves purely as a medium of exchange, facilitating seamless transfers between buyers and sellers.

The zero-fee policy for $AUCTION-based auctions is a strategic choice aimed at increasing adoption and encouraging broader usage of the $AUCTION token within the Bounce ecosystem. By reducing transaction costs, the platform incentivizes auctioneers to utilize $AUCTION, driving its demand and integrating it more deeply into platform activity.

### 2. Standard Fees for Other Currencies

If the auctioneer opts to use other currencies (such as ETH, USDT, or other supported tokens), a 0.5%\~2.5% transaction fee is applied to the final auction price where the specific percentage depends on the type of auction. This fee is automatically deducted by the smart contract at the conclusion of the auction. Fees collected in non-$AUCTION currencies contribute to the platform’s revenue model and create a sustainable economic framework that supports the broader Bounce community.

### 3. Fee Distribution and Staker Rewards

To enhance community engagement and reward loyal participants, Bounce periodically organizes staking pools where $AUCTION stakers can earn a share of the fees collected from auctions that raise in ETH. These staking programs provide opportunities for participants to benefit from the platform’s growth and activity, aligning incentives between users and the platform’s success. By distributing a portion of fees to stakers, Bounce fosters a circular economy that incentivizes long-term participation, strengthens the token’s value proposition, and reinforces user loyalty.

# Sealed-Bid Auction

A sealed bid auction, also known as a blind auction, is a type of auction where all bidders submit their offers simultaneously, in sealed envelopes, without knowing the bids of the other participants. The highest bid wins the auction. This type of auction is typically used in situations where the items being sold are similar, and the bidders have similar information about the item's value. The auction process is conducted in a sealed bidding format and the bid is kept private until the bid opening.

# Random Selection Auction

Bounce Random Selection Auction is an auction mechanism where, instead of the highest bid winning the auction, the winning bid is determined randomly like lottery. Therefore it's also known as the "Lottery Auction." This type of auction is typically used in situations where the item being sold is highly desirable and there are many bidders who are willing to pay a high price for it.

# Orderbook Auction

An on-chain order book auction is a type of auction that takes place on a blockchain platform, where buyers and sellers place orders to buy or sell a particular asset, and these orders are matched based on certain criteria.

In an on-chain order book auction, the buyers and sellers place their orders on the blockchain platform, and the platform matches the orders based on their price and volume. The auction typically has a set end time, and at the end of the auction, the orders that have been matched are executed, and the trades are settled on the blockchain.

The on-chain order book auction is commonly used in the trading of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets on blockchain platforms. It provides a decentralized, transparent, and efficient way to trade these assets, as all the orders and trades are recorded on the blockchain and can be accessed by anyone.

Unlike centralized exchanges, where the order book is maintained by the exchange operator, in an on-chain order book auction, the order book is maintained on the blockchain and is accessible to anyone. This ensures that the auction is transparent and tamper-proof, as all the orders and trades are recorded on the immutable blockchain ledger.

# Playable Auction

Crypto gaming is gaining increasing popularity, and one approach is to incorporate a gaming aspect into the auction mechanism. Bounce introduces a new auction mechanism where allocation is distributed based on game play, where participants receive their allocation based on their ranking scores. The games are one-player, one-time games.

Auctioneers have the responsibility of deciding the game they want to play and establishing the allocation distribution rules. There are two options for receiving allocation: 1) an equal share for those who qualify through game play, or 2) different allocation sizes based on game rank and score."

# Real world collectibles Auction

Bounce is a platform that enables owners of real-world collectibles, such as watches, bags, and other tangible assets, to represent them as digital assets on a blockchain network. This process is known as on-chain real-world asset tokenization.

By using Bounce, owners can create auctions for their digital representations of real-world collectibles on the blockchain network. These auctions can be conducted securely and transparently using smart contracts, which automatically execute the auction rules.

Winners of the auction can redeem the real-world collectibles by burning the corresponding NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), which represent the ownership rights to the assets. This ensures that only the rightful owner of the NFT can redeem the real-world collectible associated with it.

Overall, Bounce brings real-world collectibles onto the blockchain, providing owners with an efficient way to represent their assets and conduct auctions in a secure and transparent manner, while also enabling buyers to easily verify the authenticity and ownership of the assets they purchase.

# Advertisement Auction

Bounce advertisement auction is a new innovation where we bring blockchain with traditional advertisement technology.

There are two types of advertising auction mechanisms:

1. Peer-to-peer (P2P) mode where sellers directly sell to buyers.
2. Sellers stake the advertising space into a pool, which becomes an advertising pool. Buyers bid on the pool, and the successful buyers' ads are displayed in the rolling advertising banners.

Details of P2P mechanism:&#x20;

Sellers first set up the advertising banners on their website using the tools provided, and mint the banners into NFTs.

1. Sellers set up an English auction, which is a price-increasing auction. The seller sets a reserve price, and buyers bid to increase the price.
2. Sellers set the acceptable ad format and the auction duration.
3. Buyers decide whether to bid based on the website traffic. Buyers upload content.
4. After the seller approves the content and format, the buyers can bid.
5. Once the transaction is complete, the buyer's content will be displayed on the seller's advertising banners.

Pool mode:

1. Sellers first set up the advertising banners on their website using the tools provided, and mint the banners into NFTs.
2. Sellers place the NFTs into a pool to generate income.
3. We consolidate all the NFTs together and auction the next week's ads once a week.
4. Buyers need to prepare their ad content in advance and submit it for approval to obtain a bidding slot.
5. The auction selects the top 5-10 highest bidders.
6. The content of the winning bidders will be displayed in the rolling advertising banners.
7. The seller's mining mechanism is based on "the total amount of money submitted by buyers this week multiplied by the website's traffic for 7 days".

# $AUCTION Token Utility

### The Token at the Center of Everything

$AUCTION is Bounce’s native token — and it is far more than a governance instrument or a speculative asset. It is the connective tissue of the entire Bounce ecosystem, with real, structural utility embedded across every major product the platform offers.

Every new product Bounce builds is an opportunity to deepen what $AUCTION does. That is not accidental. It is a founding principle of how the ecosystem is designed.

### Utility Across the Ecosystem

* **For Bounce Premium Launchpad:**

Every IDO on Bounce Premium is required to include a dedicated staking pool where participants stake $AUCTION to earn allocations. This makes $AUCTION the key to accessing every curated token launch on the platform — a utility that compounds with every new project that comes through the launchpad.

* **For Bounce Art:**

$AUCTION serves as a primary bidding currency across real-world collectible auctions on Bounce Art. The Bounce team deliberately prioritizes $AUCTION-denominated auctions, creating recurring, tangible demand for the token with every lot that goes live.

* **For Bounce X:**

On Bounce X, Bounce’s native perpetual exchange, $AUCTION functions as a collateral asset — enabling users to open leveraged long and short positions backed by their $AUCTION holdings. This brings $AUCTION into the heart of onchain derivatives trading, unlocking a layer of financial utility that extends well beyond the auction protocol.

### A Token That Grows With the Ecosystem

The Bounce ecosystem is designed around a single compounding idea: as the platform expands, $AUCTION utility expands with it.

Each new product that launches on Bounce is evaluated not just on its standalone merit, but on how it deepens the role $AUCTION plays across the ecosystem. More products mean more use cases. More use cases mean more reasons to hold, stake, and actively use $AUCTION. This is not a token that relies on narrative alone — it is a token whose utility is built into the architecture of everything Bounce ships.

As Bounce continues to explore new frontiers — from prediction markets to real-world assets to on-chain M\&A — $AUCTION will be there at the center, its role expanding in step with the ecosystem it powers.

# Staking Auction Guide

Bounce Finance presents the Staking Auction, a mechanism particularly designed for token launches on the [Bounce Private Launchpad](https://app.bounce.finance/launchpad).&#x20;

When the Subscription Period of an Initial DEX Offering (IDO) goes live on the Bounce Launchpad, everyone can participate by committing $AUCTION tokens. Each participant’s token allocation is calculated based on their committed amount of $AUCTION. The more $AUCTION you commit, the more IDO token allocation you'll receive. If the pool is oversubscribed, i.e. the total $AUCTION amount committed by participants exceeds the expected total raise, all participants' allocation will be diluted.&#x20;

Once the Subscription Period ends, we’ll calculate each participant's allocation, deduct the corresponding $AUCTION from their account and return the extra $AUCTION if oversubscribed. Participants can then claim their IDO tokens and the refunded $AUCTION tokens if any.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/rI80s5ht8yw>" %}

Let's dive into a step-by-step guide for the Staking Auction.

1. First, connect your wallet and sign to proceed.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/GxfBcLWgCJuC3uaCzm05" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. Open the Launchpad page that you want to participate in. Here we use the $BSSB Token Launch as an example. The subscription period section is where you can stake $AUCTION tokens to earn proportional BSSB allocation. There's a timer counting down the time left until the subscription period ends.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/L2xT6VHfrKg6Y2aOBPmA" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

3. Click "Stake" and enter the amount of $AUCTION tokens you want to commit. Then click "Confirm."&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/3QkWHyqDBQt7BBY21Q56" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

&#x20;4\. Once you have successfully staked your $AUCTION tokens, the page will reflect the details including:

* Total $AUCTION tokens committed / Total Raise in $AUCTION
* Current number of participants
* Your estimated $BSSB allocation
* Your committed amount of $AUCTION
* Your share percentage of the supply pool

Your $BSSB allocation is proportional to the amount of $AUCTION tokens you commit, meaning that the more $AUCTION tokens you commit, the more $BSSB you'll receive. If the total amount of $AUCTION committed by all participants exceeds the total raise, the extra $AUCTION tokens will be refunded to participants.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/sZfYBSzP1jyVucIfPwf7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

5. After the Subscription Period ends, this Launchpad page will show your final $BSSB allocation and any refunded $AUCTION tokens available to be claimed.

# Dutch Auction Guides

A Dutch auction (also called a descending price auction) refers to a type of auction in which an auctioneer starts with a very high price, incrementally lowering the price until someone places a bid. That first bid wins the auction (assuming the price is above the reserve price), avoiding any bidding wars. This contrasts with typical auction markets, where the price starts low and then rises as multiple bidders compete to be the successful buyer.<br>

# Playable Auction Guides

In a Playable Auction, your allocation isn’t determined by how much you bid, but by your performance in a specific game. There are two stages in our Playable Auction: game competition and token auction. The auctioneer or the host chooses a game for the auction and sets several parameters including: the total number of winners in the game, the duration of the auction, the accepted currency and the swap ratio of the token for sale.

Once the Playable Auction begins, participants play the chosen game, with their performance directly affecting their chances of securing an allocation. The players with the highest game scores at the end of the game competition stage are deemed the winners and they’ll secure their allocation in the next stage. It’s an exciting way to engage with the platform and provides a level of transparency and fairness to all participants.

Bounce Finance’s Playable Auction presents an engaging and enjoyable method for projects conducting Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs). The IDO process can start with a game where participants compete for their whitelist allocations through their gaming preference. The project offering IDO predetermines the duration of the auction and the number of winners — for example, top 50 scoring players. Then the top 50 players will be eligible to participate in the next IDO stage where they can purchase the project’s tokens with the accepted currency at the swap ratio determined by the project.

# Sealed-Bid Auction Guides

For ERC20 and BEP20 based assets

A sealed bid auction, also known as a blind auction, is a type of auction where all bidders submit their offers simultaneously, in sealed envelopes, without knowing the bids of the other participants. The highest bid wins the auction. This type of auction is typically used in situations where the items being sold are similar, and the bidders have similar information about the item's value. The auction process is conducted in a sealed bidding format and the bid is kept private until the bid opening.

# NFT English Auction Guides

#### What is an NFT sealed-bid auction? <a href="#what-is-an-nft-sealed-bid-auction" id="what-is-an-nft-sealed-bid-auction"></a>

The most common type of auction, the English auction, is often used to sell art, wine, antiques, and other goods.The auction creator sets a reserve price (this can be zero), which is the lowest price the item can be sold for.Once a bid for the reserve price has been made, the auctioneer solicits further bids, usually raising the price by a predetermined bid increment. This continues until no one is willing to increase the bid any further, at which point the auction is closed and the final bidder receives the item at his bid price.Because the winner pays his bid, this type of auction is known as a first-price auction.[PreviousParticipate in an NFT sealed-bid auction](https://docs.bounce.finance/bounce-nft-auctions/nft-sealed-bid-auction/participate-in-an-nft-sealed-bid-auction)[NextCreate an NFT English auction](https://docs.bounce.finance/bounce-nft-auctions/nft-english-auction/create-an-nft-english-auction)<br>

# NFT Random Selection Auction Guides

#### What is an NFT lottery auction? <a href="#what-is-an-nft-lottery-auction" id="what-is-an-nft-lottery-auction"></a>

In the NFT lottery auction, participants buy lottery tickets for a fixed amount (the principle amount) to enter into the draw. The principle amount is set by the pool creator.

At the end of the running time of the lottery pool, the winner is selected randomly by a smart contract and the principle amount is automatically swapped for the auctioned NFT. The pool creator claims the money raised from the sale, while the winner will claim the NFT from the pool.

The lottery auction does not have permanent losses for non-winning participants. Participants that are not selected as a winner, can claim their principle back from the pool.

The NFT lottery auction is built for mass usage. The maximum number of participants that can enter into a draw is 60,000 people and the solution is gas-friendly with low fees to enter into the draw. Fairness and integrity are secured by random selection and execution by smart contracts.

# Roadmap

## For H2 2025

Bounce Brand is dedicated to continuously expanding our comprehensive product suite and enhancing the utility of our native token $AUCTION to facilitate a healthy and sustainable ecosystem. Below is our latest roadmap outlining key developments planned for the second half of 2025:

### 1. App and Website Upgrade

We’re rolling out another round of UI and UX improvements for both the [Bounce app](https://app.bounce.finance/market) and [official website](https://www.bounce.finance). The objective is to create a more intuitive and immersive experience that makes it easier and visually pleasant for users to navigate new products, participate in auctions, and manage their user accounts.

### 2. New Launchpad IDOs

The [Bounce Premium Launchpad](https://app.bounce.finance/launchpad) will continue to play a crucial role in our ecosystem—helping high-quality projects raise capital through IDOs(Initial DEX Offerings) and giving our community early access to promising Web3 investments. Upcoming IDOs will offer exclusive allocations for $AUCTION holders as usual, either through staking or direct purchase. We’re currently in discussions with several strong projects expected to launch in the near future.

### 3. More Real-World Collectible Auctions

Bounce is transforming the auction landscape for luxury and rare collectibles using blockchain technology. We’ve successfully auctioned a range of high-profile items—such as Yayoi Kusama’s Pumpkin, a Claude Monet painting, LABUBU blind boxes, AP and PP watches and more—through unique auction formats across multiple blockchains. We’re continuing to expand this initiative, democratizing global access to high-end collectibles through secure, transparent onchain auctions.

***

This roadmap highlights our current plans, but we’re always evolving. More products and updates may roll out as we move through the second half of 2025.

Follow us on [X](https://x.com/bounce_finance) and join our [official Telegram group](https://t.me/bounce_finance) to stay up to date.<br>

# NFT standards

This article provides a standard NFT Metadata format to facilitate users to integrate the NFT module of the Bounce platform.

The NFT standard is divided into two protocols: ERC721 and ERC1155 (as Enjin first proposed both, we will follow Enjin's Metadata standard).

**ERC721 standard introduction:**

{% embed url="<https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/blob/master/EIPS/eip-721.md>" %}

**ERC1155 standard introduction:**

{% embed url="<https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/blob/master/EIPS/eip-1155.md>" %}

#### Metadata usage <a href="#metadata-usage" id="metadata-usage"></a>

Metadata enables NFTs’ subsidiary functions, which can describe each NFT, including pictures, names, descriptions, etc. The details are as follows:

`{"title": "Asset Metadata","type": "object","properties": {"name": {"type": "string","description": "Identifies the asset to which this NFT represents"},"description": {"type": "string","description": "Describes the asset to which this NFT represents"},"image": {"type": "string","description": "A URI pointing to a resource with mime type image/* representing the asset to which this NFT represents. Consider making any images at a width between 320 and 1080 pixels and aspect ratio between 1.91:1 and 4:5 inclusive."}}}`Metadata is obtained on ERC721 by reading the tokenURI function, and in the ERC1155 contract by reading the URI function. Take the tokenURI of a certain NFT in Burger as an example: <https://raw.githubusercontent.com/burgernft/nft_assets/master/ETH-1.json>Burger puts Metadata information into GitHub, and users can see the current information of Metadata and also its modification records. A user can obtain the URL through the tokenURI, and then read the JSON format data through the URL.This is how the Metadata data looks like on the Bounce platform:

<figure><img src="https://841106785-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-MMLqjlwAt55S1SFAMyt%2F-MN3CKxxxZCf_LW6J5TZ%2F-MN3CrUgsX7VINaiLAlx%2FScreenshot%202020-11-26%20at%2012.01.34.png?alt=media&#x26;token=a7aa76b8-8888-490c-b7ca-3677e1f9afbc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# How to Make Money on NFTs

**Is it possible to make money on NFTs?**

No question - YES! In fact, if you’re new to this space, you might be surprised to learn how much money a single NFT can cost.

In December 2020, the total trading volume of NFT artwork alone hit [an all-time high](https://www.coindesk.com/nft-art-sales-reached-all-time-high-of-8-2m-in-december) of $8.2 million — so while the industry itself is still relatively new, there’s already loads of money invested

**What kinds of NFTs are most popular?**

Remember that an NFT can take many different forms: it can be an image, a GIF, a video, an in-game item or even audio. Currently, the most prominent industries in the NFT world are in art and blockchain gaming with more and more use-cases coming about everyday. For instance, it’s even possible to tokenize real-world assets like real estate — and why wouldn't NFTs eventually become an acceptable form of proof that you own a certain piece of land, given that it's technically impossible to forge them?

**Why would anyone buy an NFT? What makes an NFT more expensive than others?**

Collectability is a huge part of human psychology: people like to collect things they enjoy, and most importantly, to own them.

NFTs derive their value from scarcity, along with existing market valuations. Generally, the rarer a particular NFT is, the higher the value it might be traded for in an open marketplace. Remember when CryptoKitties was a thing? The rarer your avatar was, the more money you could get from it.

Other factors are often also thrown into the mix, like the reputation of the artist and the various functions their NFT might serve. Think of it as traditional art valuation, which might seem odd to outsiders.

**Do I have to be an artist to make money in this industry?**

No! The beauty of the NFT market is that anyone could stand to benefit from it. From artists and developers to art collectors, traders, and even gamers – there are plenty of opportunities for everyone.

In other words, if you’re not too confident about your drawing/creative skills (which you really shouldn’t be), you can always analyze the market and see some flipping opportunities. Alternatively, if you’re into blockchain games, you can sell a rare item that you farmed — in other words, the NFT industry is much more than just crypto artwork.

**Are brands doing something with the NFT world?**

Yes, they’re getting in — which is also a major sign that the industry is growing by leaps and bounds. Corporations and organizations as big as NBA, Nike, Formula 1, Samsung, and Vodafone have all been involved in NFT-related product development or registered NFT-related patents.

Perhaps the most evident example of an NFT product backed by a popular organization would be NBA Top Shot, an officially licensed crypto-collectibles game developed by the team behind CryptoKitties. It allows users to collect and own digital “moments” of different scarcity, which are essentially highlights from real NBA games — for instance, [the most valuable highlight](https://thehustle.co/nba-top-shot-most-valuable-highlight/) ($7,300) is currently a dunk performed by Lakers’ forward LeBron James. Users have spent a total of $5 million on the platform, making it the world’s most successful sports blockchain product.

# How to Search for NFTs?

If you're new to NFTs, it can all be a little overwhelming at first, but you've come to the right place. At Fangible, there are many ways to browse through thousands of NFTs.&#x20;

Here is an example of how to search NFTs on Fangible.

If you know what you're looking for, the search bar can help.

# What is Bounce Recruitment?

We started Bounce finance in early 2020, as a marketplace for decentralized auctions. The beauty of a free market is that anyone can create and participate without any barriers. We led the decentralized auction wave and it became a trend, resulting in decentralized auction tools being widely used by many projects and individuals.

Using the foundations of this evolutionary and influential launch, we are now ready to disrupt yet another arena with our entry in to the Metaverse Freelance marketplace! This represents a massive pivot for the Bounce product as we set our sights firmly on extending our DeFi experience to set new standards around the creation and management of the Metaverse! This is a milestone for the Bounce project and both our community and investors!

The core of the Bounce infrastructure is a peer-to-peer marketplace which improves efficiency and matches supply & demand perfectly. We believe in the Metaverse concept and see the need for many kinds of marketplace in the space. And fundamental to this, we see content creation as a foundational step in building Metaverses to a professional standard.

There are two types of content creation: passive creation, where artists generate content and monetize through NFT sales (platforms like OpenSea are central here). Then on the other side, there is pro-active creation where content creators create customized content based on explicit demand. Bounce Recruitment will be a full suite of products predominantly facilitating the second of these.

We will launch Bounce Recruitment with a web version initially, in which creators and customers will enjoy the following functionality.<br>

# Key Features

**Key Features**

Bounce Recruitment will initially provide these key features:

&#x20;• A way for people who need something created to issue a request and receive ‘bids’ and ‘offers’ to satisfy that request

&#x20;• A way for creatives to submit bids and offers for requests for deliverables

&#x20;• A marketplace consisting of ‘StoreFronts’ owned by creatives. A kind of blockchain ‘Etsy’

&#x20;• A fully-featured chat system between buyers and sellers

&#x20;• Seller profile management via full connectivity to other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and more…

A very extensive start - however we aim to take this much further, with the ultimate goal being to create a 3D Metaverse for workshops where the city will be full of stores and each creator will be able to own their own property for free!

We also intend to build native versions of Bounce Recruitment including mobile implementation in the future!

# Technical Innovations

**Technical Innovations**

Bounce Recruitment aims to use Blockchain technology to gain tremendous competitive advantage and provide significant innovation to the platform:

(1) No borders, no barriers: Using blockchain means our platform is open to everyone. Decentralisation means there’s no single point of failure, making our platform extremely stable and robust.

(2) Non-fungible-tokens (NFT’s): This technology allows our platform to wrap created digital content in such a way as to manage delivery and receipt of goods via the Blockchain. This ensures absolute guarantee of contractual completion and full decentralisation of delivery. No one has done this before.

(3) Multi-chain support: We allow payments to be made via many different token types and on different blockchains. Under the hood, the Auction token is utilised via a market-purchase mechanism too. This makes Bounce Recruitment eminently approachable.

(4) Fiat support: use Bounce Recruitment using non-crypto currency too! But under the hood, the Auction token still receives massive utilisation. Why do we allow Fiat? Because frankly this is the biggest barrier of entry for people outside of crypto and we need to draw people in to crypto as seamlessly as we can, if we are ever to become mainstream.

(5) Perfect User Experience: all of the above — ALL of the ‘Features’ and ALL of these disruptive innovations — are achieved transparently! Users do NOT need to understand Blockchain, have a crypto wallet, or know how to wrap content in an NFT! Yes, we do all of this for our users automatically!

Overview of the Bounce Recruitment Architecture

# Tokenomics

**Bounce Recruitment Token Economics: A work and load model ($AUCTION)**

**Token Structure:** The Bounce Recruitment platform will adopt a loyalty rewards system, linked to the $AUCTION token, as we scale our freelancer marketplace. The loyalty system will reward the top users on the platform, based on activity, contributions, and community reviews. The platform points are named WORK and can be redeemed to $AUCTION at any time. WORK is not a cryptocurrency but a point representation in the Metalents system.

The redeem ratio between WORK and $AUCTION is as follows:1 WORK = 1 USD

Upon redemption, the WORK to $AUCTION ratio will be calculated based on the fair market price of $AUCTION in USD.

Because WORK is an internal Bounce Recruitment rewards system based on real, user actions that benefit the network, WORK can be redeemed for $AUCTION, but $AUCTION cannot be used to purchase WORK. Additionally, WORK is not transferable to other users on the Metalents platform.

When a user decides to convert their WORK to $AUCTION, the WORK points will be burned and balance cleared.

**Work & Load Economics:**&#x57;e called this rewards system ‘work and load’ because any creator or freelancer can sign up on Bounce Recruitment and immediately start to work and load up their WORK points.****

**How to Earn as a Freelancer:**

1\. Create your freelancer profile and verify the role as a seller to earn first 80 WORK points! Bounce Recruitment will verify your profile based on a review of your submitted portfolio of prior work and socials accounts.

2\. If you RT @bounce\_finance from the Twitter account associated with your profile, you'll earn 20 more WORK points.

3\. Complete your first task to earn an extra 100 WORK points!

4\. A verified seller can also earn extra WORK by referring fellow freelancer friends. Once the invited freelancer joins Bounce Recruitment and gets verified, the inviter will earn 25 WORK. Once the invited freelancer has completed one task on the platform, another 25 WORK will be granted to the inviter!

5\. Even more WORK can be earned the more jobs you complete. You will earn more WORK every $100 USD spent on your tasks.

**Transaction fees:**

The platform will charge a 5% processing fee for each task. If a task is worth $100 USD, the platform will charge 5 USDT for facilitating the transaction. It is important to note that all processing fees will be distributed out to $AUCTION stakers as staking rewards. In this way, as Bounce Recruitment grows in user adoption, $AUCTION token will appreciate to reflect platform growth.

**In App services:**

Users can use $AUCTION to pay for in-app services, such as in-app advertisements, promoted listings, or additional creator tools.In-app services paid for in $AUCTION will be burned, adding deflationary pressure on the overall $AUCTION supply.[Whitepaper - PreviousArchitectural Overview](https://docs.metalents.com/whitepaper/architectural-overview)[Next - WhitepaperBusiness model](https://docs.metalents.com/whitepaper/business-model)<br>

# Business model

At Bounce Recruitment, we use a business model that is (1) inspired by traditional marketplaces and (2) improved using our native token $AUCTION.&#x20;

Bounce Recruitment charges a 5% transaction fee of the total cost of the freelance job. This is the traditional part of our business model, just like eBay or other marketplaces.&#x20;

However, the added benefit of our native token is that Bounce Recruitment users who own $AUCTION and participate in the Bounce Recruitment network can lower their effective take rate below 5%. This is the exciting part. &#x20;

The platform fee of 5% will be distributed as staking rewards to all holders of $AUCTION who have staked their tokens. This means that any freelancer who owns & stakes $AUCTION token will receive some of the transaction fee back in the form of staking rewards. We believe that tokens should be used to reward the network participants the most. After all, Web3 is about internet ownership. So, the effective take rate for stakers who participate as buyers or sellers will be less than 5%!

In-app services also must be purchased using $AUCTION that will promptly be burned. This serves as another deflationary force on $AUCTION to drive further value to the Bounce Recruitment users who stake $AUCTION.&#x20;

We are so excited to grow together and continue to improve our business model to most favor the users who own & participate on Bounce Recruitment.

# Strategic Vision

We are very excited to enter the metaverse with Bounce Recruitment and contribute to developing the infastructure of Web3. There is no freelance platform like Bounce Recruitment in the crypto space today and we hope to solve for the challenges of finding freelance work in Web3. We've listened to creators and know there are many logistical challenges of finding freelance work at a fair market rate. The need for this sort of job marketplace is too large to ignore.

Ultimately, we see Bounce Recruitment becoming the default crypto freelance platform. Initially, we will aim to target the many artists within crypto. These creatives want to take advantage of the relatively high pay within the crypto space while maintaining the flexibility of working on multiple projects. Without freelance work, talent is forced to choose between sacrificing their independence working on a salary for one company or take on the massive financial risk of launching their own venture.

Meanwhile, larger companies struggle to fill their talent needs in the tight labor market. We hope to bridge these groups with Bounce Recruitment. Bounce Recruitment will enable crypto native freelancers first, and as the network grows, the ability to be paid in crypto, on-chain NFT backed reputation, lenient KYC rules etc. Once we have built a strong network of Web3-focused creators and companies, Bounce Recruitment will migrate Web2 freelancers over to our platform. We will develop the platform to abstract away the need for users to have any level of niche crypto knowledge. Bounce Recruitment will be the go-to marketplace for every freelancer
