# Token claim post auction

{% hint style="info" %}
Both auction creator and participant can only claim tokens once pool is finished.
{% endhint %}

### Auction Creator

As an auction creator, you will need to visit your pool page and click the "Claim Tokens" button to claim back your tokens and the funds raised. If your auction is sold out, you will claim the amount of funds raised. If your auction is only partially sold, you will claim back the remaining tokens and the amount of funds raised.

### Auction Participant

As an auction participant, you can visit the auction page to claim the tokens you successfully purchased once the auction pool is closed. However, if the creator has set a delay unlock time, you will need to wait until the tokens are unlocked before you can claim them.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bounce.finance/user-guide/fixed-price-auction-guides/token-claim-post-auction.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
